The Elliot Lake Waterfront Owners Association (ELWOA) is reaching out to local businesses to invite them to become sponsors of our community-focused, non-profit organization. Our association consists of both seasonal and permanent residential property owners along Dunlop, Quirke, and Popeye Lakes, situated just north of Elliot Lake.
ELWOA offers a variety of programs and initiatives that aim to preserve and enhance the natural beauty of our lakes, raise awareness on environmental issues, and foster a strong sense of community. Some of our key efforts include: · Participation in the Lake Partner Program, where we monitor and report the water clarity and composition of our lakes. · Promoting the prevention of invasive species and encouraging sustainable land and water practices. · Supporting Fire Smart principles to mitigate wildfire risks in the region. · Raising awareness about regular maintenance and responsible management of on-site wastewater systems. |
We maintain a website, a private members-only Facebook page, and distribute newsletters to our members. All of these platforms feature a "Sponsors" section, which provides an excellent opportunity for local businesses like yours to advertise and show support for our community initiatives.
The annual advertising fee for being listed in our communications is $25.00. This amount provides exposure of your business to our members. Your consideration is appreciated.
